What we keep, and why.
What we store
Your email address, the name and shipping address you give us, your designer, category, size and price preferences, your orders, and a log of the emails we sent you. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Release emails and consent
Preview and opening emails are sent only when you have given marketing consent, and only for pieces that match your preferences. You can withdraw consent at any time from your account page or from the unsubscribe link in every release email. Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent regardless, because they concern a purchase you made.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself from the account page. Your profile, preferences and sign-in are removed immediately, your email is added to a suppression list so we do not contact you again, and completed orders are retained without your name or address, as accounting rules require.
